I have never experienced such a useless service. I WOULD NEVER CHOOSE PARCEL FORCE AGAIN. I ordered an urgent 48 hour delivery on Wednesday but it will not not arrive until Monday. Having spent hours trying to get through the the depot yesterday, and trying to ensure a Saturday delivery that I was willing to pay extra for, I spoke to a blasé, unhelpful man who said he would call back and did not. Now I am up early in a Saturday trying to contact them again, holding for half an hour, she tells me it will not go until Monday. So what more can I do?! This is an urgently needed delivery which is stuck at the depot because I KNOW that the lazy drivers did not fancy lifting the two 25kg parcels. Do not offer to send heavy parcels if your drivers cannot be bothered to deliver them!!!! AN UNRELIBLE SERVICE which would have arrived faster on a donkey. Shame on your appalling miscommunication and appalling tracking system. What large shipping company doesn’t deliver on a Saturday? Totally absurd. And just another gripe: when in the phone queue to HOLD, waiting at number 1 in line means as much waiting time again as the waiting time from place 20 to 2 in the queue. Terrible.
