Very poor customer service. I was waiting between 7 am and 6 pm almost 4 days for flooring delivery. I wrote many emails and I spoke to them over the phone asking when approximately the package (flooring) will be delivered (they refused to offer any time slot). I also asked them to ring me if they would have any information. (No one rang or emailed me) The tracking system was not updated, However, after 2 days I read a message 'Your parcel has unfortunately, been sorted to the wrong delivery depot' but not delivery date/time given.
I had to rebook a floor fitter 3 times. Very frustrating and disappointing. I would not use them again. The seller (from Amazon) was apologetic and offer 10% reduction of the product.
