MY PARCEL WAS COLLECTED THE SAME DAY IT WAS ORDERED AND DELIVERED THE FOLLOWING MORNING. THE TRACKING WAS UP TO DATE AND ACCURATE. I WAS GIVEN A ONE HOUR DELIVERY SLOT WHICH WAS ACCOMPLISHED. I HAD PREVIOUSLY USED HERMES WHO WERE WORSE THAN USELESS AND DID NOT COLLECT THE PACKAGE AT ALL RESULTING IN A DELAY OF NEARLY 3 WEEKS. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND PARCEL FORCE.
