This company should be re-named Parcel Farce.Not only are they totally incompetent they tell lies.I was expecting a delivery today and was told by the sender that, as I was out, a card had been posted through the letter box by the driver.A LIE.I was in all morning and no card was delivered.After talking to a machINE for an eternity I got through to a human being.I explained the situation.This was at 12 o'clock.The assistant,PAM, said she would contact the driver and get back to me.SHE FAILED TO DO SO. This is third time this has happened in a year.I have told all people who are likely to send parcels to me,IN THE FUTURE, ,to avoid this USELESS,INEFFICIENT LIKE THE PLAGUE.
