Missed my delivery date twice despite checking and their team saying the product would definitely be with me!
When it did arrive, the TV I ordered had a large crack in it, no doubt not helped due to the fact it was being thrown on and off a van without reaching me.
Also ignored by the team when I complained for 4 days before a message blaming the packaging for damage (the vendor is a large UK company and had have packaged as appropriate!)
