Parcel attempt was made. I was in the home only to find a card through the door saying tried to deliver and left in safe place at side door (where there is also a doorbell). No parcel! Card has no parcel number or tracking number. After 40 minutes eventually get through and given a redirection number as parcel has been returned to the depot! No delivery at promised day (yesterday) and here I wait
