Absolutely awful company, waited in all day for delivery which said eventually would be delivered between 18.10 and 19.10, I thought they were delivering late!! Turns out they finish at 6pm!! Tracking said was on industrial estate near us at 4pm, then tracking stayed at another property / road near us 5.40 onwards, next thing is updated tracking says parcel returned to depot , tried to deliver / left card !! LIARS !! In all day. Tried phoning depot x 3 times and cut off each time after 3 minutes!! Appalling company . I shall e mail the company who ordered from and advise them not to use them in future. Don’t hold out much hope getting through to depot tomorrow either as is a Saturday . Useless company
