Parcel posted 18/12/18 P/F 48 did not arrive till 29/12/18 When tried to put in a claim they said they could not see were it had been held up .When we were tracking it every day it sat at the hub for 3 days then they ask for reference no they know you will not have. Thing is we posted a parcel the same day to Lithuania with UPS it was delivered in 3 days . Even being Christmas that was totally unacceptable this is now2019 not 1919 .
