Apparently they attempted delivery twice before, never once leaving a card to say they had attempted delivery. Someone was home most days, so I suspect they didn't even bother to ring the doorbell. I arranged re-delivery for today, waited at home all day and nobody turned up! Checked the online parcel tracking and again it says they attempted delivery today - they did NOT! I was home all day and again, no card left behind! On a separate occasion they delivered my item to another address, and another time, I received someone else's parcel which they have STILL not picked up despite repeated requests! All these issues have taken place in the last 3 weeks.
