If I could put a minus I would! They can see by the photo's I've sent them that it's a miss-handling issue not packaging as they had completely flattened the parcel I was sending my sister.
We sent it early December and we did not receive it back until 29th December in pieces!
They will not accept any responsibility because it was glass, even though it was still in the M&S professional packaging. At no point when I was sending it via Parcelforce did anyone say it would not be covered!
Their service from beginning to end was dreadful!
Will NEVER use them again and would urge you all to use other more successful companies!
