I actually heard the 'missed' delivery card drop thorough the letterbox, on collecting the card [less than a minute later] I saw the delivery van driving away. If I hear the card drop I obviously would have heard the louder sound of the door knocker.
I was at home as I was on a previous occasion when the same thing happened.
Knock and give people time to actually get to their front door Parcelforce.
Now I have to wait for parcel to be re-delivered, complete waste of time.
