Placed an order with Screwfix for next day delivery who despatched on time via Parcelforce. Checked Parcelforce tracking during day and it confirmed out for delivery.
Waited in all day, no delivery, checked tracking and it had been updated at 6:20pm to say "Delivery attempted". Absolute rubbish, no attempt had been made to deliver. Roll on the day Parcelforce are put out of business by DPD or similar who offer far superior service by enabling you to track drivers progress live. They also don't lie about attempting to deliver.
