Delivery arrived late and only half the order. The first person we spoke to was friendly Reassured me the rest would still be arriving the same day. I chased Parcelforce to find out it wasn’t even at the depot. Who were rude and unhelpful. I called ibathuk to tell them this information to see if there was something they could do but the lady was also unhelpful. My husband took time off work to install the toilet. To be given the wrong information in the first place is extremely frustrating and it was attempted to be delivered today, which shocker we are at work and the parceforce didn’t attempt to leave it with neighbours or post office or actually where we requested it be left in a safe place. so now we have to collect it from the depot ourselves. Customer service is Shocking no attempt made to try to help their error. The only person who was helpful was the lady at the depot where we are now on our way collecting our parcel.
