After an initial debarcle with my initial delivery (card pushed through the door detailing PO parcel would be left at - only it was the incorrect PO written down...so after some major chasing and a promise it would be picked up and redelivered within a 5 day window......but this did not happen) a manager at the Reading depot was absolutely BRILLIANT and made sure package was retrieved today and redelivered direct to me! Hurrah! I cannot rate this chap highly enough - he was efficient, professional, apologetic and GOT IT SORTED! Thank you! You've turned a bad experience of parcelforce into a very positive one!
