I give up, I’ve tried redelivery on their website, no place to leave delivery instructions i.e. 'ok to leave without a signature' or 'leave in a safe place' , so I waited in all day and no parcel. They then delivered when I wasn't there and left another card.
This is the 4th parcel that has been delivered to the post office is in the middle of town, at the back of a library, with no access to parking, always a huge queue and a little old lady has to wind her way through the building to the store to find the parcel and get back again.
It drives me mad and I can’t keep spending literally hours of my time trying to retrieve a parcel. The whole point of on line is that it is easier and will be delivered to my address.
No idea what is happening to the latest parcel now but I don’t want to spend my Saturday morning in a long queue at the post office to find out.
The supplier can have the parcel back and refund - I won't be ordering with suppliers who use Parcel force in future.
