Very bad service !!! Very bad service !!! I was waiting for a parcel weighing 10,800 kg, but the courier delivered me only a piece of cardboard, which contained only my address and a sticker with a bar code. I asked the courier where the package was sent to me, they replied that he did not know, and I only have this piece of cardboard !!! I refused to accept this as a package !!! We called so many times and received answers that they contacted us. In the end, we were told to send the list of things in the package to an email. We did everything they demanded of us, but received no response. Nobody ever called us by e-mail, and we did not receive a response from them.Absolutely no help with losing the package.!!! For 7 days I didn’t receive any response from the department.!!!
