Sent two parcels by the Express 24 service on Tuesday morning. Both were held at the Newport depot instead of being sent to the hub.
On Thursday one of the parcels is showing as arrived in Liverpool but only prepared for delivery. The tracking on the Parcel Force app is abysmal and the wait times on the help desk phone lines are a joke. When I did get through I was promised someone would call me back. Ha ha.
What is the point of advertising a next day service that will now take at least 3 days? Rubbish customer service, terrible company. No wonder Britain is going to the dogs.
