An awful service and a sham of a complaints/appeals process. I wrapped 5 Art Deco glass wall lights into a pretty well wrapped parcel and asked the Post Office Counter what delivery service would deliver these safely. I told the person who served me they were glass wall lights, old and fragile. They didn't question the fact they were glass but asked whether they were mains or battery operated and the value. They then recommended the ExpressAM service which cost £24 which were insured for £200. The lights were delivered the next day but ALL were broken. ParcelForce refused to pay because glass items are not covered! I wouldn't not have used the service had they told me this. The sham of a their complaints and appeals process was a complete waste of time and their website is one of the most unfriendly I've ever had to use. AVOID
