Apparently the drivers at parcelforce cannot locate an address like normal people do, clear as day on google maps but no, parcelforce cannot find it. Absolutely ridiculous! No way to get hold of the driver either and they make no attempt to contact you if they can't find the address. So I have no card left with details of how to get the package. Thanks parcelforce for your substandard service once again.
