The absolute worst parcel service I have ever used in my life. Rude delivery drivers, lazy customer service, and misplaced parcels. I've had the misfortune of relying on their service twice over the past year, and both times they disappointed me. They don't follow basic instructions, nor do they follow up with things they said they would do. They never left me slips for missed deliveries. On one occasion I emailed requesting redelivery, they confirmed the redelivery day, and then the parcel didn't arrive on that day. I called and they said that there was no redelivery request, but it was being held at the depot. I go to the depot, and it turns out that they had misplaced the parcel, and no one had bothered to look for it to redeliver! I had to wait nearly 45 minutes at the depot for them to find it. With another parcel, they arrived on a completely different day than promised, and were rude, telling me that I took "too long" to answer the door. I implore you to avoid them at all costs.
