Horrific service!!!! I can’t believe this company even exist. Their useless and have liars for drivers that say they’ve attempted to deliver and they haven’t and don’t even leave a card, I’m constantly having to track and follow my parcel online. And the staff at the London north west deport are the most unhelpful and rude, they have a bad chip on their shoulders, NO customer service. The first time I used parcelforce was about 4 years ago and my experience was the worst ever. 4 years later and the second time using parcel force exactly the same experience. Never ever again!!!!
