Sent a parcel off with about £90 worth inside (+£10 postage) as a birthday present to someone, the parcel goes missing, we contact parcel force for a refund and insurance claim. They came back to us with the offer of refunding £50 we appealed. Days later we receive a check for £32 so less the what was promised and we are still appealing we have now been told that this is the final offer. Dont waste your business with these idiots and be wary about sending things through royal mail as well as they use parcel force a subcontractor which is how this mess started in the first place.
