POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE TREATED BAD WEBSITE WORSE ONE EVER
what a performance 3 days parcel force has kept locking my account so couldn't get in got onto live help each time when they did get into it couldn't log out worse ever not easy compare to Hermes, yodel, and dpd even royal mail had a better signing in and out when u could send letters online etc
same old excuses nothing wrong on parcel forces end I tried every browser cleared cookies etc tried on two different computers did the same Parcelforce once again locked me out
I'm fed up getting the run around same excuses being me bad if had own parcel company I wouldn't dream of treating customers like they have with me I hate being ignored I find it very frustrated, angry, condescension
PLEASE AVOID PARCEL FORCE WEBSITE I WANT MORE AND MORE CUSTOMERS PLEASE COME FORWARD IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE THE SAME AS ME OR SIMILAR OR COMPLETELY ANOTHER SITUATION REGARDING THE SERVICE
