Firstly driver never finds the correct address then they make note on behalf of you to re-arrange delivery without any date or instructions, when you call them money making policy never get through right department, staff on the phone also not helpful at all as you ask them search address on their database they said what address you say we write so it means they don't have address database?? Also drivers never calls on provided numbers as they are self employed so it's not their responsibility to deliver parcel on right address and on right time.
