If I could give 0 star .. that’s what they deserve.. Paid next day delivery Was deliver but not to me... Contacted parcel force 2 time.. the keep you waiting on the line (extra 60£ phone bill) One member of staff didn’t call back... other one hang on me.. called depot explaining they trying to contact person who delivered who knows where as address and name of business is big enough for half blind person not to miss.. last call apologies to me that driver finish for the week .. he will be back on Monday ... ( what about his phone? ) he can still answer the phone and remember where he left the parcel.. well Monday will be to late for birthday present ... they never call back... rude staff...
