Utterly useless - the sooner this company stops trading the better. No point in recounting the sad story as I can see the same themes repeated over and over again here (and with no comment from ParcelFarce), but well done for: delivering a very valuable parcel to the right house number but a completely different street name and postcode, and even then leaving it with neighbour on yet another street a mile away. And then it just disappeared until £1000 worth of goods appeared on my doorstep, left for anyone to take all through the day. Tried to make a complaint - utterly useless customer service that was rude and dismissive. Every other courier manages to make deliveries to me and use some common sense, but not PacelFarce. if you are a retailer reading this and you use this 'service' I will no longer order from you because I would have zero confidence I would ever receive my order.
