They are not accountable for their job at all. Never use them. I was supposed to receive a parcel shipped outside of UK. I paid for shipping itself (£40) as well as for some custom charge (£40). Right after paying the charge and selecting the date of delivery, they just sent it back. However many time I asked, they never explained why they did it. Also, I have never received proper compensations at all. I have not yet got the parcel that I was supposed to receive three weeks ago, but they do not do anything. I have never used such horrible service ever in my life.
