They will charge you for anything they can and won’t tell you why.
I have a friend in Boston and we send each other gifts once a year, my package gets there within a week, no extra charges. Her package will be kept by these guys and will always charge me for it. It’s a disgusting practice and it’s a shame that they’re getting away with it.
