Total failure of systems and staff: Parcel from Australia sat in depot for a week but Parcelforce failed to attempt delivery and failed to ask for Customs Duty. When I rang to see why not delivered they took payment for the duty and their handling fee, saying delivery next day. Not delivered next day and their App failed even to find their own tracking number. Following day and still no delivery. 4 conversation later and told now finally scheduled for delivery - tomorrow! Centralised customer service staff try to be helpful, but system seems unreliable and no staff to answer phone all day in local depot as it's a training day. You might think thats a bit overdue. In frustration, called the escalated resolution number - that too is not manned today, according to their automated message - quite literally beyond belief. I'd give them negative 10 stars if the option was available.
