The absolute worst service I have ever experienced. If you want to get things send, don't use this company. This is STILL ongoing as I write this. Booked a parcel collection only to spend 3 days waiting for someone to pick it up and more than 3 hours on the phone with customer service, more than 12 calls speaking to a different part of the country everytime, being promised different things by each person but no one ever updated my record and NO ONE PICKING UP MY PARCEL. I was promised an upgrade so my parcel would be delivered on time, but calling back the morning after to confirm the pick up, no one had heard of this and apparently getting an upgrade was only possible by confirmation by a manager, but they were always "in a meeting" or "not available at the moment". Apparently notes and emails were send to them but no one got back to me. Inisting to not get off the phone until I got through to a manager I was finally put through to somone who was the wrong manager for my case, and who basically brushed me off. I am currently calling them each hour to get through to a manager. I've been promised another pick up today, but I really don't have any trust in that. Seriously, don't use this phoney excuse of a courier service.
