Have been the recipient of 3 parcels at different times by parcel force, Each time they attempted delivery a day early. Like a previous reviewer, a whole day was taken off work for a parcel that did not arrive on the expected day. Also like the previous reviewer the agent said they would put high priority on the email and someone would get back to me. Nothing. On principle I have written to the company who sent the carpets requesting a refund and recommending Yodel as a courier service. Definitely not dhl as they are worse than parcel force.
