My parents posted three parcels from Austria to England. Parcelforce is the only delivery service I know that does not send you an email or give you a call that a parcel is about to be delivered within a cetain time period so that you can either accept or advise (leave at a safe place, have a neighbor sign) to deliver on a different day. Who is at home at 2pm on a working day?
Calling them is a nightmare as you are passed around from person to person. Also, why do I have to pay for a Saturday delivery? It is not my problem they do not offer delivery slots in the evening for people that work or manage to have a neighbor sign. Why do I have to pay for a Saturday delivery after my parents already paid for sending it? Never again
