I had ordered some stuff from triumph and asked for express 1-3 day delivery. However they messed up my order and didn’t dispatch it on time. I was gonna leave the UK the country the following day and needed the parcel to be delivered before 11 am on Nov 15. I spoke with Sinead ya parcel force on the 14th to see if they could have this done. Sinead was the most helpful person I’ve ever interacted with over the phone.
