I ordered goods online and was given a tracking number. Early reports showed status of package. Item has been in Rotherham Distribution Office for 2 days. Then, suddenly no further status reports and tracking number HAS BEEN CHANGED. When I tried the new number I see the last three status reports tell me it's been assigned to my route, but still no idea when I'll get it.
I'm recommending to my vendor that they dump Parcelforce as its courier. Use Hermes, Yodel, DPD, anybody else.
