I'm not going to lie but this service is absolute trash. Parcels are always taking their time to arrive probably because their staff are too lazy to deliver it and they are always moving their things form one depot to another so you think they are actually doing something. I ordered a pair of shoes which arrived at the depot near my house the next day and then 5 days later they take it somewhere that is a 1 and a half hours away and 3 days later I still do not have the parcel that I ordered with express delivery. whenever I hear that one of my parcels is going to come from parcel force I will just cancel the order cos that is just the same thing as it not coming anyway. keep up the bad reviews guys, honesty is the best policy
