Parcelforce is an absolutely tragic company. Do not use them! They have lost so many of my things only to find weeks later that they have been delivered to the wrong house. Sent me a message at 24:20 to say that my recent parcel had been delivered at 10am to a neighbour. Didnt say which neighbour though and nothing had been left through the door. Called up this morning and spoke to a woman who just didnt care, she told me where they thought it had been left and low and behold it isnt there. Christmas is just around the corner and the main present is missing...
