Just horrible service i was sent Perishable goods with their 24hr service but its been 5days now and the goods have a 48hr shelf life.by the time i recieve them they will be rotten. Still no delivery update the parcel has been stuck at their depot and not moving. How do you make customers pay for 24hr service and fail to deliver with not just 1 day but 5 whole days? I would think you would care more about perishables and how you store and ship them. 24hrs really = More than 5days plus no customer support. horrible shipping service i wish companies and rerailers would avoid using this it's a big let down.
