ParcelForce handled the UK part of a GLS delivery from Berlin.
The tracking showed where the item was and when it would be delivered. I waited in all day ( no hardship for me) and the package arrived at 4pm. Surprised, elated and grateful!
(Once the package was in UK, delivery was next day AND it was Xmas penultimate week)
