Paid near £60 for 48 hour delivery on a collection. 9 times they have said they went to pick it up. LIES. The firm has CCTV and they haven't gone once. This was booked 11 days ago. It is a present for my son. Now he won't have his present on Christmas day. DISGUSTED how Parcelforce employees can get away with this. I have done live chats and phone calls over the last 4 days to get this resolved, and they assured me it would be picked up the next day. One of the phone calls contacted the driver who said it had been picked up 5 mins ago but he forgot his scanner which was why it didn't show up on the internet tracking. I made her hold and rang the firm who informed me, no, the collection item was still there and no one has collected it yet. LIARS. NO, NOT A CHANCE of them doing their job what they are getting paid for. AVOID AVOID AVOID. SCAMMERS.
