I used to think Hermes was bad. It had been listed as out for delivery and I was given a time slot,it didn't turn up. I called first time and was told it would be with me before 6.it didn't come, I called again..
my order was never physically on the van. It was meant to be next day. Don't use parcel force if you need something asap.
