Absolute joke of a service, especially when you call to complain and their on hold phone commentary shouts about their speedy delivery! 48 hour delivery has turned into 7 days and still waiting. It will be 9 if they even attempt to deliver on Wednesday! The "if" here is a very big one! Last time the driver didn't even bother to knock on the door (even though we were in) or leave a card and had turned his GPS off so you couldn't track the parcel. On top of that, when you call to complain you get rude operators who even hang up the phone on you! Not to mention the numerous lies they tell saying to you it's, "100% out for delivery, you'll definitely get it today, " when it's clearly not. Theyll tell you anything just to get you off the phone. Avoid at all costs!
