This company is a complete joke and ruined our kids Christmas we had items sent from the US for presents we paid the shipping fees and custom charges which shipping charges were 159 dollars then the custom charges from parcel force of almost 32 pound for us to not receive the items at all even tho we paid before the date we had to before they were getting sent back and they still sent them back to the US so our kids didn't get their Christmas presents causin them distress on Christmas day. Then when trying to deal with it when they could of still kept the parcels in this country they couldn't be bothered and just told us they were sent back when they hadn't been and still haven't been but have now been told they have put them in the container as of yesterday and can't be taken out now but when we phone before the end of new year and just after new year they lied and said they'd already been sent when by rights they could of sorted it and we would of got the pareels. Never ever use this company they are the worst and just rob you for your money till they delude they want to give it back. Will be contacting consumers rights and trading standards reporting their negligence and incompetence the bunch of invalids working there
