An absolutely appalling company to deal with. I will not be using them again. My parcel was lost in their Milton Keynes depot. The claim process required me to prove they lost the parcel. Despite the tracking stating it did not leave the destination depot. One and a half months later, I have received my claim. My requests to complain were denied. My requests for further compensation were denied. I have received zero apology from the company of the loss of the rather valuable items. Ultimately, this has either been damaged or went home with someone. Totally unprofessional. At least put your hands up if you make a mistake, speak to the customer and compensate them as appropriate.
