Ridiculous. They managed to deliver my parcel to my uni hall yesterday but i wasnt in. Made a call to give more specific information for the redelivery but the next day I check my tracker only to see that there’s insufficient information. How insufficient is my information especially if i called last night specifically to ensure this DOESNT HAPPEN
