Absolute joke of a delivery company. My parcel got delivered a week ago to the wrong address, so iv rung the main depot asking where it has gone. I was told that they needed to investigate and would ring me back on the same day, latest the next. Received no call. So I rung again and got told the same thing... Surprise suprise, no phone call. So I phoned again, this time I got an automated voice that asked my to put in my tracking number and I asked for redelivery. The voice told me that I would have to pay 5-12£ to get a redelivery despite this was not my fault! In the end I ended up personally checking shops and all houses nearby for my parcel and finally found it at a pharmacy.. Not happy!! Would receive better customer service from a plank of wood.
