Terrible company and lousy service! They send you a message claiming that your package will be delivered on a certain date then they send you another message giving you the exact time you should receive your package and finally they send you a message saying your delivery is delayed. They are unreliable and they constantly get 1/5 reviews. Why do companies still use their services? Parcelforce is an embarrassment and should be taught a lesson rather than still being in business. Look at DBD and how professional they are compared to what's called parcel service. My humble opinion is as follows: If you buy from a company and you see the Parcelforce logo avoid the purchase at all costs! Otherwise, when you opt for an express delivery expect your package to arrive within a week if you're lucky.
