Parcel number IN6378538 was delivered while I was out, as I have a Ring doorbell I was able to talk to the driver and explained that I would be unable to collect the parcel from a post office as I was Sheilded and ask him to deliver it to my next door neighbour he said ok but did not go to my neighbor and proceeded. I phoned parcel force customer service who said they had contacted the driver and the parcel woulf be delivered the next day. The parcel was however taken to the post office for pickup which I can not do. This driver was extremely inconsiderate and obviously would not put himself out for anyone.
