Ordered a next day 24hr pick up/delivery by ParcelForce, the two parcels were picked up on time on the selected day Tuesday 7th July, followed the tracking from Poole to EDINBURGH via the website which showed arrival at the Depot 07.10hrs on the Wednesday 8th July. Thats where everything seemed to stall - nothing moved until the Friday 10th when the parcels were sorted and eventually put out for delivery, that said they gave an hours delivery window which they missed by an hour. I challenged their Nextday 24hr Express to be told that they were very busy and had SUSPENDED their service guarantee in MARCH 2020! My gripe is simple - HOW can the advertise and sell a 24hr service at a premium price when it is not achievable - surely this is a trading standards issue? Pandemic or not they are selling a service they cannot deliver!
