Find another courier
Don't waste your money or energy by using Parcelforce. They won't pick up or deliver your parcel. I have been waiting for 3 days for someone to pick up my parcel and despite half a dozen calls to the central team and the local depot they promise to come and pick it up and then don't show. you then spend another 20mins on the phone trying to speak to someone. This all started because the driver couldn't be bothered to pick up the parcel so logged it as a failed collection when there were 5 people at home! BE WARNED!
