Will not be recommending, they damage a parcel that I bought privately. Then tell me that the person who sent me the item can claim, so the person who has now got my money has no broken item and will also get some money for the item that parcel force broke whilst I am left with the broken item. Not sure what made up planet they come from but this doesn't sound right. The worst part is the have clearly stacked something on top of it to beak it but could also clearly see what it was. Not a happy customer and will defiantly not recommend this company to anyone. Customer service was shocking to say the least and couldn't understand the problem they have caused all because they couldn't look after a parcel.
